Cancellation and Booking Policy
Luxe Den Capitol Reef takes reservations directly, on its own booking page, not through a third-party platform. Cancel more than 72 hours before arrival for a full refund. The rest of the terms are below.

How booking works here
Reservations are made directly with us rather than through an online travel agency or a listings platform. Reservations for the glamping units are taken on our booking page; The Lodge is booked the same way, by the room or as one reservation. Payment is taken on a secure page hosted by our reservation provider, and a reservation exists once it is confirmed, not the moment a form is submitted.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel more than 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival date and we refund everything you paid. Inside 72 hours the booking is not refundable. It is the same policy on every unit, and the same whether you book here or through Vrbo, Wander or Glamping Hub.
Security deposit
We place a security hold on your card 2 days before you arrive: $300 for a dome, yurt, tipi or Lodge room, and $500 for the whole Lodge. A hold is not a charge: the money stays in your account, and the hold is released automatically 3 days after you check out. We only ever charge against it if something is damaged, and we would talk to you first.
Fees and taxes
There is one flat cleaning fee per stay, not per night: $100 for a dome, yurt, tipi or Lodge room, and $200 for the whole Lodge. Dogs are welcome in every glamping unit, up to two, for $15 per dog per stay; The Lodge is pet-free. Utah sales tax and the county transient room tax apply to the nightly rate and both fees. Everything is itemised on the booking page before you pay.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, the same across every unit. Check-in is self check-in: there is no front desk and no staff waiting on you, so you can arrive whenever suits your drive.
Lodge retreats
The Lodge can be taken as a single retreat, all five guest bedrooms at once. It books as one reservation on the retreats page, at one price, the same way a room does. If you would rather talk it through first, or you are asking about a stay longer than a week, the contact form reaches us directly. The same 72-hour cancellation policy applies.
