How booking works here
Reservations are made directly on this website rather than through an online travel agency or a listings platform. Payment is taken on a secure page hosted by our booking provider, and a reservation exists once it is confirmed, not the moment a form is submitted.
Advance reservations open October 1, 2026 for every unit, including the domes, which are ready December 2026 into January 2027. Until reservations open, the calendar is not live; joining the list is how you hear before dates go public.
Cancellation, deposit and refund terms
We have not published a fixed cancellation window, deposit amount or refund schedule. Those terms are being set under new ownership rather than carried over from the previous owner, and we would rather say that plainly than post a number we cannot stand behind.
Once reservations open, the cancellation policy, any deposit, and the taxes and fees that apply to your dates are itemised and presented to you during checkout, before you pay. Those are the terms that govern your reservation, in full, for your stay.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, the same across every unit. Check-in is self check-in: there is no front desk and no staff waiting on you, so you can arrive whenever suits your drive.
Whole-building retreats
The Lodge can be taken as a single retreat, all six bedrooms at once. Until the property is on sale here, a whole-building date is arranged directly with us through the contact form rather than booked automatically, so its cancellation terms are agreed with us individually. Ask when you enquire.
